Job summary

PGIM – Global Asset Management is seeking a People Business Partner to support our European and UK teams. You will operate in a client-facing HRBP capacity with a strong ER background, delivering proactive HR solutions and contributing to strategic HR initiatives across the region.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of HR experience in financial services, with FCA-regulated knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and exposure to HR practices across continental Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven HR generalist with strong employee relations skills.
• Experience in financial services or regulated sectors is preferred.
• Able to analyse HR data and provide proactive solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HRBP support to PGIM teams across Europe and UK.
• Deliver proactive HR solutions and strategic HR initiatives.
• Manage employee relations cases within the client group and across regions.
• Interpret policies, ensure performance management and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Support HR data analytics and reporting on key metrics.
