Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EU/UK payment rules and their impact on digital Merchants.
• Experience with card schemes, 3DS, and payment optimisation strategies.
• Proven track record working with payment partners and banks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop strong working relationships with payment providers and issuing banks’ payment and risk experts.
• Monitor overall payment performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization through internal collaboration and direct partner engagement.
• Support the development and execution of a European playbook for performance improvements, identifying key focus areas and priority markets.
• Support Apple product teams with go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless and successful product launches.
• Manage regional initiatives from initiation through completion, providing clear, consistent operational updates to business leaders.
• Identify and develop mid- to long-term internal and external opportunities to improve the customer checkout and payment experience.
