Apple Pay is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join the Apple Pay team to develop relationships and strategic alliances with e-commerce merchants, payment service providers, processors, and various enablers in Central & Eastern Europe. These relationships will focus on encouraging adoption of Apple Pay in merchant apps.
This is a full-time position in Apple Pay, located in our Battersea Power Station office in London, focusing on the CEE market. It requires close collaboration with Apple Pay business leaders, Worldwide Developer Relations, product marketing, and engineering product teams to shape adoption strategies that impact core business performance.Deep experience across online payments is helpful but not required, provided there's a strong interest in and knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem and emerging mobile payments. A willingness to understand or learn the inherent risks (e.g. fraud, acceptance costs) and issues (e.g. low conversion) is expected, along with the technical fluency to lead iOS SDK feature enablement discussions.Experience building and sustaining strong, successful relationships across the e-commerce value chain is required, along with a demonstrated passion to ideate, create and deliver new, innovative customer experiences with merchants and their e-commerce vendors in Central & Eastern Europe, through the introduction of Apple Pay.
