Uniserve is seeking an operations professional to enhance our European surface transport services. You will liaise with partners, carriers, and clients to ensure seamless execution aligned with Uniserve’s procedures and standards.

The role focuses on operational excellence, customer service, and maintaining profitability while staying compliant with regulations. A willingness to learn and adapt is valued in our fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• European Operations experience is desirable but not essential.
• Groupage/FTL experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using IT systems.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
