Overview

Transport Planning Administrator role at Uniserve Group. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support a fast-paced transport planning team. This role focuses on managing communications, coordinating bookings, and maintaining system accuracy to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitor the transport inbox, prioritise and action emails effectively.
• Create and input jobs into the planning system with precision.
• Book and confirm collections and deliveries across internal and external contacts.
• Act as a key liaison for customer queries, providing timely updates.
• Keep transport systems up-to-date and compliant.
• Collaborate with planners and drivers to ensure efficient execution of plans.
• Assist with reporting as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, or admin support (desirable).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Familiarity with TMS systems is a plus.
