Job summary

Condé Nast is seeking a Director of European Performance & Growth to lead end-to-end media strategy across Europe. You will drive direct-to-consumer revenue through paid media, CRO, and multi-channel campaigns, coordinating with regional analysts and global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in direct-to-consumer performance marketing.
• Proven track record of ROI across channels in a fully integrated strategy.
• Experience coordinating multi-country/cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end media strategy across Europe to grow consumer revenue.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (search, social, display, shopping, programmatic) and influencer activity.
• Forecast and optimise campaign performance with Europe-based analytics teams and external platforms.
• Coach a team of direct reports and lead cross‑functional marketing squads.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and global teams to improve subs journey and create scalable templates.
