Alo is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead our European facilities strategy across stores, wellness spaces and office locations. You will be the regional FM lead, coordinating with external partners, managing budgets, and ensuring maintenance and safety standards across Europe.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organized, and able to communicate clearly with stakeholders. Travel ~30% is required to support stores and offices across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in facilities maintenance/ facilities management.
• Experience in retail or multi-location environments preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day owner and escalation point for outsourced FM provider.
• Oversee daily operations of retail facilities in Europe.
• Coordinate maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural work.
• Manage external contractors, SLAs, KPIs and budgets.
• Track maintenance requests, work orders and inspections.
• Plan minor renovations and projects with timelines and budgets.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across locations.
