Alo is seeking a Director of Europe Retail Operations to translate global retail strategies into locally relevant, flawlessly executed operations across Europe. You will lead Area Operation Managers, adapt operating models, and ensure effective communications, logistics, training, and measurement in-region.

The role requires a servant leadership mindset, strong decision quality, and close collaboration with local peers, Logistics, Loss Prevention, Planning, and Marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years in multi-country retail operations management.
• Experience at a global brand is preferred.
• Proven project management skills with ability to manage timelines.
• Self-starter who can identify issues and implement improvements.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to support stores.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel across Europe, UK and HQ.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional milestones for new country enablement with detailed project plans.
• Assess local adaptations to global operating models and systems.
• Develop local operating models and processes to suit store concepts.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to tailor store-by-store fulfillment.
• Plan NSO activities, training, and rollout coordination.
• Own localized Retail Calendar and communications across the region.
• Translate materials to local language while preserving messaging.
• Oversee market events and field leader meetings.
• Drive end-to-end execution of global initiatives in-region with seamless integration.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in inventory, shrink, and replenishment.
