Job summary

Aloyoga is seeking a Facilities Manager to own the delivery of facilities strategy across its European portfolio, including stores, wellness spaces and offices. You will serve as the primary FM contact in the region, managing day-to-day operations, service channels, issues, and project readiness with a hands-on, calm, organized approach.

The role requires strong vendor management, budget oversight, and knowledge of European health and safety regulations. Travel ~30% across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance/management experience.
• Experience in multi-location retail environments preferred.
• Knowledge of European health, safety and environmental regulations; NEBOSH/IOSH is a plus.
• Strong vendor, budget management and contract-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of the outsourced FM provider for Europe.
• Oversee daily operations of retail facilities ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural repairs.
• Manage external contractors, SLAs/KPIs and invoices; drive service improvements.
• Prepare and manage facilities budget; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure safety compliance through inspections and audits.
• Plan and oversee minor renovation/construction projects with minimal disruption.
• Maintain records of maintenance requests, work orders, inspections and reporting.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and operational readiness across Europe locations.
• Collaborate with Director of Retail Facilities to align regional priorities with global programs.
