Job summary

Ares Management seeks an AVP, Regional Facilities Manager UK/EMEA and LATAM to lead Corporate Services for London and regional offices across Europe and LATAM. You will supervise the Facilities team, set standards, manage space, relocations, budgets and vendor relationships, and partner with leaders to meet evolving workplace needs.

The role requires 7+ years in Corporate Services, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to health, safety and continuous improvement in a global office

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 7+ years of experience in a Corporate Services environment.
• Knowledge of buildings, maintenance and service.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior Corporate Services lead across London, EMEA and LATAM offices.
• Provide leadership to Corporate Services team, driving development and performance.
• Manage space planning, relocations, refurbishments and budgeting.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts and service levels.
• Ensure health, safety, risk and business resilience in regional offices.
• Drive continuous improvement and exceptional workplace experience.
