Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Senior Associate, Facilities Repair & Maint to lead Workplace & Facilities services across multiple West EMEA offices. You will manage budgets, vendor performance, and workplace projects while ensuring safety and sustainability.

The role requires 5–7+ years in facilities or workplace services, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to travel. You will partner with HR, IT, Security and Real Estate to deliver high‑quality employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or related field with multi-site/regional ops.
• Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), and service delivery.
• Experience leading teams in multicultural or remote environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and financial reporting abilities.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and monitoring performance.
• Familiarity with CMMS/CAFM systems and MS Office tools.
• English proficiency and willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace & Facilities operations across multiple West EMEA offices.
• Serve as regional escalation point for facilities issues.
• Build relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day office operations and enhance employee experience.
• Oversee office services, amenities, meeting spaces, and standards.
• Manage budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and ensure financial compliance.
• Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and improvements.
• Lead space planning, moves, renovations, and projects.
• Ensure health, safety, security, and environmental standards.
• Manage facility maintenance programs and facilities systems.
• Oversee regional fleet operations, utilization and costs.
• Lead and develop workplace teams (internal and outsourced).
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, Procurement, Real Estate, and cross-functional partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations and service quality.
• Travel ~25% for regional coverage and critical situations.
