Presidents Summit Ltd. in London is seeking an operations-focused role to own the end-to-end delivery of our 10 European private equity conferences each year, including venues, suppliers, and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Training is provided; UK work permit required.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Well-organised with strong ability to structure and prioritise work.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare and select best suppliers for event needs and add-ons.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
• Coordinate with venues and on-site teams to ensure logistics run smoothly.
• Provide on-site support during conferences and manage event day operations.
• Lead and train a 40-person volunteer team and manage inventory.
• Plan VIP events, lunches, dinners and after-hours activities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor budget changes.
