Job summary

Kevin Edward Associates is seeking an European Business Development Manager for Data Centres to drive growth across Europe, focusing on major data-centre projects and strategic relationships with developers, operators, investors, consultants and contractors.

Hybrid working with occasional office visits and travel across the UK and Europe. You will lead customer engagement, negotiate terms, and work with internal teams to secure profitable orders and expand the company’s data-centre footprint.

Qualifications

• Track record in senior sales, business development or key account management within the data-centre or mission-critical infrastructure sector.
• Experience selling major plant, equipment or engineered infrastructure solutions into data centres.
• Strong understanding of standby power generation and associated infrastructure (HV/LV, UPS, cooling, fuel systems).
• Commercially astute with experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and opportunity development across Europe for data-centre projects.
• Drive commercial discussions and negotiations with developers, operators, investors, consultants, main contractors and MEP contractors.
• Travel across Europe and the UK as required to develop relationships and secure orders.
• Collaborate with proposals, engineering, commercial, project and service teams to win and deliver key projects.
