Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Data Center Transaction Principal for Europe to drive sourcing and execution of European data center capacity deals. You will lead RFPs, negotiate term sheets, and coordinate across legal, finance, engineering, and network teams to ensure successful lease closures.

This role requires 10+ years in transaction management or related infrastructure procurement, with strong negotiation, project management, and cross-border collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and commercial sourcing for European data center deals across multiple markets.
• Negotiate term sheets and LOIs, structuring terms that meet technical and business requirements.
• Translate technical/operational needs into contractual terms in commercial agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence teams, internal and external counsel, network org, platform engineers, and finance to secure lease execution.
• Serve as the single point of contact with networks, deployments, and government relations, reporting progress.
