Job summary

DataX Connect is seeking a Head of Construction – Data Centers to lead Europe-wide delivery of landmark data centre campuses for major technology clients. You will own strategy, oversee complex projects, and shape the growth trajectory of a fast-moving division.

You will build dispersed teams, manage senior client relationships, and drive performance across a dynamic, highly regulated market. This role offers significant influence and the opportunity to shape Europe’s digital infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the European data centre division, shaping strategy and driving long-term growth.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with hyperscale clients, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Oversee a portfolio of major data centre campus projects, ensuring delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Build and lead high-performing regional teams across multiple locations.
• Identify new market opportunities and position the business for continued success.
• Provide strategic insight and leadership across project delivery, operations, and business development.
