Infraviva seeks an experienced Data Centre Development Director to drive major development opportunities across multiple European markets. You will own complex development initiatives, from identifying and evaluating potential sites through to securing land, power, approvals and partnerships to move new data centre projects forward.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in data centre development across Europe.
• Proven track record in land acquisition and early-stage development of large-scale data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of power, planning and permitting processes.

Aufgaben

• Drive site identification, evaluation and acquisition across key European markets.
• Lead development activities including feasibility studies, due diligence, planning and permitting.
• Assess infrastructure requirements including power and connectivity for site viability.
• Manage complex negotiations with landowners, utilities, authorities and partners.
• Develop business cases to support strategic expansion decisions.
