Job summary

The Travel Corporation is seeking a Transfer Coordinator in London to coordinate passenger transfers between airports and ships for Trafalgar River transfers across Europe. You will turn arriving and departing guest lists into accurate manifests, and book transfers with third party suppliers in line with embarkation and disembarkation schedules.

The role requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and meticulous coordination across multiple teams while maintaining high service

Responsibilities

• Turn passenger lists into accurate working manifests, scheduled efficiently around embarkation and disembarkation.
• Manage the Transfer inbox and every update from the overseas reservation teams.
• Book transfers with third party suppliers, including groups and charters, within expected overheads.
• Build strong supplier relationships through regular meetings.
• Work with the ship team on disembarkation transfer requirements.
• Keep Airport Rep teams, Local Hosts and Train Escorts informed of transfer arrangements.
