Job summary

A European Sales Manager – Aerospace role is UK-based with remote/home-based work. You will lead a dispersed sales team across Europe, shaping and executing strategies to win new business and grow profitability in aerospace markets.

The position requires a track record in technical B2B sales, leadership across multiple countries, and willingness to travel internationally about 40–50% of the time. A technical degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement European sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive new business development across Europe for aerospace programmes.
• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed sales team, setting objectives and measuring performance.
• Build strategic relationships with aerospace OEMs and key customers across the supply chain.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasting and regional performance against targets.
• Collaborate with global sales leadership, product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Support key customer negotiations and visits across the region.
