A European Sales Manager – Aerospace role is UK-based with remote/home-based work. You will lead a dispersed sales team across Europe, shaping and executing strategies to win new business and grow profitability in aerospace markets.

The position requires a track record in technical B2B sales, leadership across multiple countries, and willingness to travel internationally about 40–50% of the time. A technical degree is preferred.

Are you an experienced European Sales Manager with a background in technical sales and aerospace, looking for your next challenge?

Our client is a global manufacturer of high-performance materials and engineered components, recruiting a European Sales Manager – Aerospace to lead and grow sales across Europe.

UK-based, you’ll lead an established team of salespeople across Europe. Working with global sales leadership, you’ll develop and deliver European sales strategies, drive profitable growth and strengthen key customer relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven European Sales Manager who can combine strategic planning and international team development with a proactive approach to winning new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement European sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and market-share targets.
• Drive new business development to identify new customers, applications and aerospace programme opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team of salespeople, setting objectives and managing performance.
• Build strategic relationships with aerospace OEMs and other key customers across the supply chain.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasting and regional performance against agreed targets.
• Collaborate with global sales leadership, product management, engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Support key customer negotiations, maintain strategic relationships and visit customers across the region.

The Benefits

• Salary of c£90,000.
• Performance-related bonus of up to £30,000.

About You

• Ideally degree-qualified in a technical discipline, or with equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven technical B2B sales and commercial leadership experience.
• Aerospace industry experience, ideally involving engineered components or advanced materials.
• A track record of winning new business and delivering profitable sales growth.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams, ideally across multiple countries.
• Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 40–50% of the time, including across Europe and potentially further afield.
• Full, valid driving licence.
