Job summary

UCB is seeking a visionary Head of Strategic Pricing Centre of Excellence to lead pricing strategy and capabilities across our global portfolio. Based in Slough, UK or Brussels, Belgium, this role reports to the Global Access & Pricing Strategy Leadership and drives innovative pricing models, analytics, and governance to balance patient access with sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of pharmaceutical pricing, market access, and value strategy experience
• Global leadership responsibility in pricing and access
• Deep pricing expertise across multiple therapeutic areas and launches
• Strong knowledge of HTA, payer evidence, international reference pricing, and analytics

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously evolve UCB's global pricing strategy, governance, and operating models
• Advise leadership on pricing, access, launch, and portfolio decisions
• Embed analytics and AI-enabled insights into pricing decisions
• Represent UCB externally with industry bodies and payer forums
