CSL Group is seeking an experienced IoT Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Europe. This is a pure new business hunting role with ownership of the full sales cycle, from opening doors to negotiating and closing high-value multi-year IoT connectivity deals.

You’ll bring an established European IoT network and a proven track record of winning major deals through tenders, RFPs and RFIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales in IoT, M2M or telecoms connectivity.
• Established active network across the European IoT ecosystem.
• Track record winning major IoT deals via tenders and RFPs.

Responsabilités

• Identify, target, and win new logos across Europe with high recurring revenue.
• Build and execute a territory plan aligned to CSL's sectors and markets.
• Lead tender responses and coordinate cross‑functional teams to proposals.
• Negotiate and close multi-year contracts with customers and partners.
• Represent CSL at industry events and maintain accurate CRM data.
