Job summary

BlackLine is seeking a People Operations Adviser to support the Global People Team with day-to-day HR operations across Europe. You will be a primary contact for HR queries, manage lifecycle events, and help drive process improvements.

You will work closely with Payroll, Benefits, TA and HRBP teams, ensuring data accuracy and timely responses while handling confidential information. Remote/hybrid work options may apply for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR Operations experience supporting Europe and APJ.
• Knowledge of employment laws and employee data management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Proven analytical, critical thinking and interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for HR related queries.
• Manage HR Operations inbox and case management with SLAs.
• Ensure HR records and systems are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and administer documentation; maintain employee files.
• Deliver New Hire Orientation and manage lifecycle: onboarding, changes, offboarding.
• Payroll and general HR support; partner with Payroll, Benefits, Purchasing, TA, HRBP.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and SOP maintenance.
• Support HR team projects.
