Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall is hiring an Europe HR Advisor in London to deliver proactive, professional HR support across multiple European countries. You will advise managers and employees on employee relations, lifecycle activities, benefits, global mobility and EOR processes, while ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.

• Previous experience in a People Advisor/HR Advisor role
• Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple European countries
• Strong employee relations experience
• Experience managing employee lifecycle activities (onboarding/offboarding)
• Experience administering employee benefits programmes
• Experience with HR systems and employee data
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advice to managers across Europe on policies and employee relations
• Oversee onboarding, changes and offboarding across Europe with the HR Admin team
• Manage employee benefits enrolment and respond to queries from staff and managers
• Support global mobility, EOR processes and cross-border assignments
• Act as a super user for People systems and ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance
