Stagwell Media seeks an exceptional European Programmatic leader to own and accelerate the programmatic function across Europe. You will shape strategy, lead client conversations, and guide commercial growth with pace.

The role requires deep programmatic credibility, executive presence, and the ability to build strong teams while delivering measurable outcomes across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Programmatic teams and improving capability and commercial contribution.
• Deep understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, data, identity, verification and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the European Programmatic strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead senior client conversations, reviews and pitches to grow Programmatic maturity.
• Oversee pipeline, revenue delivery, forecasting and profitability across Europe.
• Build senior relationships with media and technology partners and translate partner capabilities into client value.
• Lead team structure, succession planning and workforce strategy to foster accountability and excellence.
