Job summary

Unlimit, a global financial infrastructure, seeks a Business Growth and Partnerships Manager to expand its partner-led distribution across Europe. Focus areas include corporate service providers, registrars, consulting firms, and legal/accounting partners.

You will build and scale a partner-driven referral engine, onboard partners, and embed Unlimit in local entrepreneurial ecosystems. The role emphasizes ownership, execution, and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B partnerships and business development.
• Ability to build and manage partner networks (corporate services, law, consulting).
• Proven track record in referral-based client acquisition and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with corporate service providers, law firms, registrators, and consulting firms.
• Engage fiduciary and industry associations; negotiate sponsorships and attend events.
• Plan and execute partner events to strengthen relationships and generate leads.
• Conduct strategic meetings with high-potential partners and top clients to drive referrals.
• Represent the company at industry conferences to expand networks and opportunities.
• Identify entrepreneurial ecosystems and establish partnerships or sponsorships.
• Onboard new partners and ensure partner clients receive a fast, compliant onboarding experience.
