Insight Select Limited in Theale, Berkshire, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operational performance across Europe. The role focuses on owning regional service delivery, managing external partners and driving continuous improvement within a growing international organisation.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency, maintain service standards and support the continued growth of the business.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in operations or logistics management.
• Experience managing third-party providers or outsourced operations.
• Strong KPI and performance-management capabilities.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites or regional operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations across multiple locations with consistent service delivery.
• Manage relationships with third-party providers and external partners.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive improvements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize service disruption.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Ensure processes and compliance standards are maintained.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Support onboarding of new partners and implement new business activities.
• Oversee inventory management and resource availability.
• Deliver training to internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with global teams to align regional operations.
• Travel occasionally to European sites to support performance.
