Insight Select Limited is seeking a proactive Regional Operations Manager to oversee operational performance across Europe. You will own regional service delivery, manage external partners and drive continuous improvement within a growing international organisation.

You will work with internal teams and partners to ensure efficiency, uphold service standards and support business growth, including travel to European sites as needed.

Qualificações

• At least five years' experience in operations or logistics management.
• Experience managing third-party providers, suppliers or outsourced operations.
• Strong KPI and performance management expertise.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites or regional networks.
• Proactive, commercially aware with service-excellence focus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional operations across multiple locations.
• Manage relationships with third-party providers and external partners.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement initiatives.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Ensure operational processes, procedures and compliance standards are maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance performance.
• Support onboarding of new partners and new business activities.
• Oversee inventory management and resource availability to meet operational demands.
• Deliver training and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
• Work collaboratively with global teams to ensure alignment across regional operations.
• Travel occasionally to European sites to support operational performance.
