Job summary

KLDiscovery, Inc. is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager to support Account Directors in sales operations across Europe.

Based in the UK, you will nurture relationships with law firms and corporate clients, coordinate pitches, and drive lead generation in a hybrid London role. You will partner with the EMEA Sales team to create targeted thought leadership and client training materials, while tracking pipeline and engagement metrics to grow revenue and brand loyalty in eDiscovery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Proven UK sales/BD success in a related field.
• Experience in eDiscovery or Legal Tech is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Track relationships and support business development opportunities.
• Build out Account Mapping using Sales Tech toolkit; multi-threading via LinkedIn Navigator and Apollo.
• Track KPI duties: calls, meetings, and campaign activities.
• Support lead generation, prospecting, and management of existing accounts.
• Develop pitches and proposals tailored to matters and practice areas.
• Produce narratives from original research to support pitch opportunities.
• Coordinate events and speaking engagements, including post-event follow-up and ROI tracking.
• Travel as required to engage targets and opportunities.
