Job summary

Iceberg is seeking a Director of Business Development for eDiscovery/Legal Technology. The role combines remote work across the United Kingdom with required on-site presence in London two days per week.

German and French language skills are highly valued to drive cross-border opportunities with law firms and corporate legal departments. The successful candidate will lead new business growth, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, manage key accounts, and own the full sales cycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery, legal tech, or legal services sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow relationships.
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery tech, Relativity, and DISCO.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities across law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while developing a pipeline of new business.
• Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored eDiscovery solutions.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing.
