Job summary

Cummins Inc. seeks a DBU Europe Strategy Leader to steer strategy development and execution for the Distribution Business Unit across Europe. The role focuses on aftermarket and segment growth, driving profitability and long-term value creation while coordinating with global and regional leaders.

The candidate will embed digital and AI capabilities into strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and align senior stakeholders across functions and regions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, or senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success defining and executing business strategy in a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Experience leading large cross-country, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead DBU Europe aftermarket strategy, driving growth, profitability, and long-term performance.
• Shape and execute strategic plans supporting AOP, SGIs, and 2030 objectives across segments, functions, and regions.
• Partner with segment and regional leaders to align growth priorities and integrate strategies.
• Lead initiatives focused on commercial excellence, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
• Embed digital and AI capabilities into business strategy to unlock productivity and value.
