Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency.
• Experience in a fast-growing environment, building or improving processes.
• Candidate-first approach balancing speed, quality and experience.
• Clear, effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong ownership and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Plaid's European teams from sourcing to close.
• Partner with hiring managers in Europe and the US to scale regional teams.
• Develop localized hiring processes and best practices for top talent.
• Advise on market conditions, hiring strategy, and interview fairness.
• Enhance candidate experience across diverse backgrounds.
• Use data to identify funnel gaps and guide improvements.
