Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to Europe-based hiring.
• Experience working in-house or in close partnership with internal TA / People teams.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring needs across Europe with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
