Plaid is seeking a Contract Recruiter for Europe, based in London, to lead full-cycle recruiting across European teams. You will partner with hiring managers in Europe and the US to scale our regional teams and implement localized, best-practice hiring processes.

You will act as a trusted talent consultant, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience while using data to identify gaps and drive improvements. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role in a growing European presence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Plaid's European business teams, including Sales, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People roles, from sourcing to close.
• Partner closely with hiring managers in Europe and the US to scale teams in the region.
• Work with our existing team to build localized processes and implement best practices for hiring top talent.
• Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers, advising on market conditions, hiring strategy, and fair, consistent interviewing.
• Help us improve and scale a clear, respectful, and inclusive candidate experience for people from all backgrounds.
• Use data to identify gaps in the funnel and recommend improvements.

Ownership, discretion with confidential information, and attention to detail. Nice to have Experience hiring across multiple European markets. Familiarity with fintech or financial services.
