Plaid is expanding its Europe presence and seeking a senior recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring. You will partner with European and US teams to source, assess, and close top talent across Sales, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience in a fast-growing environment, building or improving recruiting processes.
• Candidate-first approach balancing speed, quality, and experience.
• Clear, effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ownership and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Plaid's European business teams, including Sales, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People roles, from sourcing to close.
• Partner with hiring managers in Europe and the US to scale teams in the region.
• Build localized processes and implement best practices for hiring top talent.
• Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers on market conditions, strategy, and interviewing.
• Help improve and scale a respectful, inclusive candidate experience for people from all backgrounds.
• Use data to identify funnel gaps and recommend improvements, including candidate communities reached and missed.
