Job summary

Methods Business and Digital Technology Limited in London is seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to deliver endpoint services across a major transformation programme. You will work on Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot and modern device provisioning, with a focus on testing, automation and early-life support.

You will join a hands-on team, collaborating with security, identity and network engineers to ensure scalable, secure endpoint solutions and smooth migration waves.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern Microsoft endpoint technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing Intune configuration, compliance and deployment policies.
• Proven ability to provision and migrate Windows devices at scale.

Responsibilities

• Deliver endpoint services across the transformation lifecycle.
• Configure Intune enrolment, compliance, configuration, updates and app deployment.
• Design and test Windows Autopilot profiles and provisioning processes.
• Implement Entra ID Join patterns and device provisioning approaches.
• Develop repeatable enrollment, configuration and validation processes.
• Lead endpoint pilots and migration waves with defined cohorts.
• Troubleshoot device enrolment, policy, authentication and connectivity issues.
• Create test plans, evidence and defect records; document runbooks.
