Job summary

Sword is seeking a proactive Modern Endpoint - EUC Engineer / Junior Consultant to help design, implement and optimize endpoint management for enterprise customers. You will work with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Defender across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, contributing to secure, scalable EUC solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience in Autopilot deployments, device provisioning and lifecycle management while supporting security controls and identity-driven access in customer

Qualifications

• Practical experience within IT support, endpoint management, infrastructure operations or Modern Workplace technologies.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and enterprise endpoint management concepts.
• Some hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance policies or application deployment.
• Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, migration and optimisation of Microsoft Modern Endpoint and EUC solutions.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Intune across a range of enterprise devices.
• Assist with Windows Autopilot deployments, device provisioning, enrolment and lifecycle management.
• Support device compliance policies, configuration profiles and application deployments.
• Package, test, deploy and troubleshoot applications within customer environments.
• Produce implementation guides, test plans, operational runbooks and other technical documentation.
