Job summary

TRIA in the United Kingdom is seeking an EUC Design & Engineering Lead to shape strategy, architecture, and engineering of our end-user computing environment.

This permanent hybrid role requires collaboration with security, infrastructure, and service teams to deliver secure, scalable digital workplace solutions, with 3 days per week in the Birmingham office.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in End User Computing or Digital Workplace engineering within a large enterprise.
• Proven ability to design and deliver EUC solutions using Intune, Autopilot, M365 and Entra ID.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across security, networking and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of modern workplace and endpoint management solutions.
• Drive improvements across device management, automation, user experience, and workplace productivity tools.

This role will play a key part in modernising workplace technology, improving user experience, and ensuring secure, scalable platforms that support a global workforce.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and deliver the EUC strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the design of modern workplace and endpoint management solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in End User Computing, Modern Workplace, or Digital Workplace engineering within a large enterprise environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
• Experience designing and implementing EUC solutions in complex hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of Windows endpoint engineering, VDI/Desktop-as-a-Service, and modern device management.
• Working knowledge of Azure and PowerShell.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to problem solving and delivery.
