Job summary

Circle Health Group's National Enquiry Centre in Glasgow is seeking a Junior IT EUC Engineer to join the Group IT department on a permanent basis. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary up to £27,500 depending on experience.

You will provide first-line EUC support for end-user devices, manage tickets, support Windows-based devices and Microsoft 365 apps, and assist with device lifecycle, deployments and migrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum IT qualification as listed (HNC/HND/NVQ3 or IT apprenticeship)
• Experience in IT support or EUC environment
• Experience supporting Windows-based devices and Microsoft 365
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to follow IT support processes and maintain records

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line EUC support for end-user devices and incidents
• Own tickets and escalate complex issues
• Support EUC device lifecycle and deployments
• Record incidents and asset changes in ITSM systems
• Collaborate with IT teams and third-party providers
• Assist with EUC projects, migrations and upgrades
