Job summary

Nine Twenty Recruitment is seeking an experienced EUC Team Leader in Glasgow to lead and mentor the End User Compute team, delivering reliable EUC services across the UK. The role sits within IT Operations, guiding workplace technology and cyber resilience in a dynamic environment.

You will manage day-to-day EUC delivery, drive efficiency, and shape future technology direction, while ensuring an excellent colleague experience in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an EUC or IT Operations environment, with prior team leadership or mentoring experience (management title not required).
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EUC engineers/technicians, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of End User Computing services, ensuring reliability and a great colleague experience.
• Support the wider IT Operations function in driving operational efficiency and cyber resilience.
• Help shape the future direction of workplace technology across the business.
