Job summary

You will coordinate day-to-day UK and EU road transport, build client relationships, and deliver high-standard customer care while handling quotations and service issues. The role includes managing bookings, liaising with the Sales team, and raising invoices.

Qualifications

• Experience in European freight forwarding or UK transport operations.
• Strong customer service and quotation delivery skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day UK and EU road transport operations and administration.
• Manage bookings from start to finish and notify clients of issues.
• Provide quotations and service information to clients and liaise with Sales.
• Raise invoices and prepare job files and paperwork.
