Job summary

THG, a global ecommerce group, seeks an EU Account Manager for Myprotein based at THG ICON in Manchester. You will manage high-value European accounts, deliver market-specific strategies, and expand distribution across EU markets with travel as needed.

You will build partnerships with distributors, retailers and marketplaces, align plans with regional priorities, and lead negotiations to secure profitable listings and growth. Strong English and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or international sales within FMCG/consumer health or sports nutrition.
• Experience with distributors, retailers, marketplaces or strategic accounts across European markets.
• Strong understanding of European retail/e-commerce channels and market-entry considerations.
• Experience managing targets, forecasts, pricing, promotions, and joint business plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of key retail, distribution and e-commerce partners across EU markets, delivering profitable growth and revenue targets.
• Lead commercial negotiations with European buyers and distributors to secure pricing, listings and retail visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product, finance) to launch and scale products across EU markets.
• Develop and maintain joint business plans with European partners covering sales, marketing and investment priorities.
• Review product mix and SKU performance to optimize profit per unit and align with consumer demand.
• Travel to EU markets may be required.
