Job summary

THG in Manchester is seeking an EU Account Manager for Myprotein to grow our B2B footprint across Europe. You will manage high‑value European accounts, deliver market‑specific commercial strategies, and unlock new distribution opportunities across EU retail and e‑commerce.

Based at THG ICON, you’ll lead cross‑functional teams, build strong partnerships with distributors and retailers, and drive profitable expansion while travelling to EU markets when required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in account management or international sales.
• Experience with distributors/retailers/marketplaces across European markets.
• Understanding of European retail and e‑commerce channels.
• Experience in managing targets, forecasts, pricing, promotions and joint business plans.
• Interest in sports nutrition or wellness products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key retail, distribution and e‑commerce partners across EU markets.
• Deliver commercial performance across territories and align plans with regional priorities.
• Build partnerships with distributors and retailers to increase brand presence and drive growth.
• Identify routes to market and prioritise countries with high growth potential.
• Review product mix and SKU performance to optimise profit per unit.
• Lead joint business plans covering sales, distribution, marketing and investment.
• Negotiate pricing and listings with European buyers and distributors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch and scale products across EU markets.
• Ensure compliance and cross‑border trade requirements are met.
