Job summary

Novogene Europe is seeking an HR Manager to join its EU HR Team in Cambridge. The role involves leading HR functions, including local recruitment, employee performance management, and compliance with labour laws. You must be proficient in English and Mandarin, with a Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant fields preferred.

Responsibilities include managing payroll, employee onboarding, and improving HR processes. The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years' work experience in HR function.
• Good knowledge of EU/UK labour laws and immigration legislation.
• Outstanding knowledge of HR metrics and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR budgeting process and rollout programs.
• Responsible for local recruitment for business and lab sectors.
• Manage staff onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Process month payroll and budget reporting.
• Support HR data maintenance and analysis.
