Job summary

Syneos Health in London seeks a General Manager for EU Established Brands to lead cross‑functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Therapeutic Category and Operations. You will own the portfolio P&L, allocate promotional investments and drive revenue and margins in Europe and the UK.

You will partner with senior leadership to deliver program governance, solidify commercial strategy, and ensure high‑quality execution across multiple markets with a strong emphasis on patient and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred with 15+ years of related work experience.
• At least 10 years in senior commercial roles across multiple functional areas in European markets.
• At least 5 years of direct P&L responsibilities for EU/UK assets in a pharmaceutical manufacturer.
• Strong background in marketing, pricing, reimbursement, and building brand value propositions.
• Proven leadership in a complex, matrixed environment and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Head the Established Brands team supporting the customer relationship.
• Lead the delivery team to maximize product revenue and margin forecasts.
• Manage program P&L and financial performance for the customer relationship.
• Serve as primary customer and senior Syneos Health leadership contact.
• Ensure compliance with customer policies and procedures with Compliance leadership.
• Lead governance meetings, provide management reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Proactively allocate promotional investments to maximize performance.
• Provide direction for work delegated to vendor partners when needed.
• Develop and deliver senior leadership and ad-hoc presentations and training.
