Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an Estimator or Senior Estimator with a specialist Sub-Contractor background to join its Pre-Construction team. You will take ownership of tendering from allocation to adjudication and work with a high-profile project portfolio.

The role offers up to £70,000 per annum DOE, car allowance, contributory pension and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities to lead high-value bids across Logistics, Commercial and Refurbishment sectors.

Salary: up to £70,000 plus package D.O.E

Estimator or Senior Estimator from a specialist Sub-Contractor background will be considered.

Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £100 million, delivering primarily New Build & Refurbishment projects from a Head office located in the West Midlands. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Commercial & Later Living.

They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5million up to £28million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured.

The Pre-Construction Director is keen to further develop and strengthen their Pre-Construction Team with introduction of experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience of personally managing tenders from allocation to adjudication.
• Experience of working independently as well as in a Team
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
