Job summary

Bimplus in Warrington is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator to join the Pre-Construction Team. You will manage tenders end-to-end on high-value projects across Logistics & Distribution, Date Centres & Pharmaceutical sectors.

You will lead bid teams, demonstrate strong leadership, organisation, and communication, and contribute to a major contractor delivering projects UK-wide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of personally managing tenders from allocation to adjudication.
• Strong track record in Industrial or Logistics & Distribution sectors.

Salary: up to £100,000 plus package D.O.E

Our client is a Tier 1 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £800 million, delivering primarily New Build projects from regional offices in the Northwest, Midlands and Home Counties. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Date Centres & Pharmaceutical.

They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £25million up to £100million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured.

The Chief Estimator is keen to further develop and strengthen their Pre-Construction Team with introduction of experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience of personally managing tenders from allocation to adjudication. Strong track record Industrial or Logistics & Distribution sector
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
