Job summary

Jpm Resourcing Ltd in West London is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead tenders across refurbishment, maintenance and new-build projects valued from £50k to £10m. This office-based role focuses on accurate cost plans, pricing strategies and securing future work while coordinating with Operations and Commercial teams.

The successful candidate will manage multiple tenders, negotiate with suppliers, and drive competitive submissions in a growing contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator with a UK main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• Able to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience producing successful competitive tenders.

Location: WestLondon (Office Based)

An established and respected main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join its growing Pre-Construction team.

The successful candidate will lead tenders across a varied portfolio of refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects ranging from £50,000 to £10 million, playing a key role in securing future work and supporting continued business growth.
