Beason Recruitment Group are recruiting a Manufacturing Estimator for a Leicester-based engineering and fabrication business. The role offers a salary up to £40,000 depending on experience and is full-time.

You will review enquiries, study drawings, prepare estimates and costings, and liaise with internal teams to support quotes and orders from quotation through to production. There is potential to progress into account management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in estimating, quotations or technical costing within manufacturing or engineering
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• An interest in developing towards a customer-facing commercial role

The Role

Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Engineering and Production teams, you'll:

• Review customer enquiries, engineering drawings and specifications
• Prepare accurate estimates, costings and quotations
• Liaise with internal teams to understand manufacturing requirements
• Support quotation follow-ups and customer enquiries
• Help coordinate orders from quotation through to production
• Develop commercial knowledge and customer relationship skills

What We're Looking For
