Serco Group in Amersham is seeking an Estates Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team across the hospital estate, ensuring safety, compliance and continuous service delivery. You will oversee planned and reactive works, and drive improvements to support patient care.
The role requires a recognised apprenticeship or HNC, substantial supervisory experience in estates, and strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical services and health and safety legislation.

As an Estates Supervisor in our Health team, you’ll lead and support a multidisciplinary estates maintenance team, helping to ensure critical hospital infrastructure remains safe, compliant and fully operational. Your work will directly support patient care by maintaining the environments, systems and equipment healthcare professionals rely on every day.
This is a role with real purpose. You'll oversee planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across hospital facilities, driving high standards of safety, compliance and service delivery. A Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
