You will plan workloads, audit quality, and maintain records, with a focus on health and safety, deadlines, and value-for-money in works. The role also involves fostering strong stakeholder relationships and customer focus.
We have an opportunity for an Estates Service Manager to join our team based in London. Key responsibilities include the effective management of the caretakers and grounds maintenance staff, to ensure that the correct level of suitably trained and experienced resources are available on-site to meet the requirements of the associated statutory legislation such as Building Safety and compliance requirements at all times. Effective resource and workload planning, quality assurance through regular audits, and maintaining documented records.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working to deadlines, prioritising workloads, be IT competent and possess strong leadership skills with a solid understanding of multi-trade activities and health and safety standards.
